The girls varsity basketball team took on Shawnee Mission South February 24. The Lancers won with a score of 25-22 at half time and final score of 51-47. “We were definitely more excited for this game than most games this season because it was south who is always our rival, but we also wanted to win it for the seniors. This game meant a lot to them especially because it was their last home game ever and we really wanted to end the season with a big win,” junior Libby Frye said.
