Gallery: Girls’ Varsity Basketball Defeats Gardner Edgerton 49-43

The Lady Lancers secured their second win of the season last Tuesday in a close game against the Gardner Edgerton Trailblazers. It was an aggressive game with both teams getting into double bonus for fouls in both the first and second half. The leading scorers for the Lady Lancers were senior Reese Althouse with 18 points and 5 rebounds and senior Hanna Robinett and sophomore Abigail Long each with 11 points. The Lady Lancers next game will be in a tournament hosted at East against St. James Academy.

As her third year on staff, senior Megan Biles is very excited for her last year on this marvelous publication. She is starting her second year as Photo Mentor and her first year as Mobile Media Photo editor. At East, Megan is also involved in STUCO, Student Store, DECA, Track and Field, and is a Pep Exec. Outside of school you can find Megan hanging out with her friends, taking Zumba classes at the local Y, and baking some delicious muffins for her business, Megan’s Munchies. In these very different times Megan is trying to make the most of her Senior year. »
