With a new season of soccer starting freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior girls participated in tryouts for the 2018 SME girls soccer team throughout the week of Feb. 26. Tryouts were held Monday through Thursday after school and consisted of many components such as running, drills, and scrimmaging. Results were posted Thursday night and can be found on the SME soccer website. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for their first game on Apr. 3 against SMNW at the Shawnee Mission Soccer Complex.
