Gallery: Girls JV Basketball vs Shawnee Mission South

On February 24 the JV girls basketball team took on their rival Shawnee Mission South at Shawnee Mission East. Shawnee Mission South is a big rival, however, the two junior varsity teams played each other fairly. The two teams battled head to head the whole game, with the Raiders starting with the lead, then the Lances taking over and getting the victory. The junior varsity Lancer Dancers performed their hip hop dance “Birthday Mix” at halftime. The mix is composed of songs that are relevant to all things birthday. The game finished with a score of 35-28, with the Lancers taking the victory.
