In their last game of the season, girls JV basketball defeated Shawnee Mission North 37-17 on Friday, Feb. 25. The team played aggressively and ended up on the floor for many loose balls. The Lancers led 15-7 at halftime and maintained their lead through the third quarter. Cheer performed between quarters and the Lancer Dancers performed at halftime for their last performances of the winter sports season. Freshman Rachel Condon said that “Our main focus was to get a good start right from the beginning… and carry it throughout the game.”
They finished the season 9-9 and have no future games.
