The SM East girls’ basketball team held tryouts from Monday, Nov. 13 to Wednesday, Nov. 15. Two groups attended tryouts each day; juniors and seniors from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and freshmen and sophomores from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Players were evaluated throughout the three days by Coach Archer and his coaching staff. The girls participated in dribbling, shooting and running drills. The girls’ basketball tryout results were released on Wednesday, Nov. 15 and practices began the following day.
The varsity girls’ basketball Jamboree will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 28 in the SM East gym at 5 p.m.
