During halftime at the boys varsity game against SM West on Feb. 21, ten seniors on the cheer team were recognized for senior night. Seniors Emma Aubuchon, Zoe Chaney, Annabelle Covell, Ashley Freund, Francie Garrison, Evie Ordonez, Addi O’Roark, Lucy Pace, Ava Smith and Leila Zotinca were all recognized. They were all escorted by family members while a speech was presented about their time at SM East and their plans for college, while an underclassmen on the varsity cheer team presented them with a bouquet of flowers. They wore sashes while they cheered on the sidelines recognizing them as seniors.
