The boys varsity soccer team beat Gardner Edgerton 5-0 on Tuesday, Sept 17. Senior TJ Libeer scored 7 minutes into the first half, and senior Simon Zimmerman scored at the end of the half. During the second half of the game, junior Caden Nicholson scored off of a penalty. At the end of the game, juniors Noah Brende and Drew Parisi scored, bringing the score to 5-0. According to junior and co-captain Caden Nicholson, “I think we were hungry to score a lot of goals. . . We wanted to make a statement”.
