Gallery: Boys Varsity Soccer Defeats SM North

A total of 15 senior boys and six senior team managers were honored before their game against SM North on Thursday, Oct. 16. 13 minutes into the first half senior Carter Santa scored the first goal of the game. Junior Miles Attig scored the second goal of the game at the end of the first half. With 30 minutes remaining in the game junior Henry Marien-Brovont scored the third goal, defeating the SM North Bison 3-0. 

The boys varsity soccer team will play SM Northwest at the Shawnee Mission Soccer Complex on Tuesday, October 21.

Going into her second year on staff, Junior Annie Trenkle is a photographer for the Harbinger. Outside of taking photos she is a part of the IB program and her favorite class in school is AP Physics. Annie’s outside of school activities include soccer, tennis, and basketball. She is also the chair of Harvesters Give Lunch and Wayside Waifs SHARE organizations. However, she can also be found doing the things she loves most which is traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. »

Entering her third year on staff and maybe final year on staff, joking. Junior Addie Clark is excited to continue her role as Assistant Photo Editor. This year, she is excited to shoot swim & dive, design more photo stories and of course, feast on deadline diners. When Addie is not waiting for Bridge to load, you can find her spending money at Yogurtini, hanging out with her friends, at swim practice, or stressing about school. »

Sophomore Maggie Rogers is looking forward to heading into this new year as a photographer on the Harbinger staff. You can usually find her at Overland Park Racquet Club or doing homework from her chemistry class. If she's not there, she's either at Swig with friends or shopping in Town Center. »
