A game for the placement as the secured second seed in the LACK League and as well the final game for the end of the LAKC season before moving on to playoffs. On Wed. May 3, Lancer Lacrosse defeated Pembroke Hill on their senior night. The player of the game was named junior Jack Kessler, who he had 15 saves and overall this season a 53% saving record, according to the Lancer Lacrosse instagram. Junior Jack Hamilton scored 100 points this season with 60 goals and 44 assists. By the end of the first quarter the score was 3-1. In the second quarter the score ended 6-2. Third quarter score ended in 11-4. Then in the final quarter a close catch up by the Raiders almost cost the Lancers their win. With the last few minutes in the game the Raiders scored two goals but the game ended 12-11. The Lancer Lacrosse current record as of now is 12-1.
Varsity Lancer Lacrosse’s next game, the quarter finals, is May 17 against the 7th seed at 7 p.m. at Westridge Middle School.
