Gallery: Boys Varsity Basketball Defeats Washburn Rural 55-50

The boys varsity basketball team took on Washburn Rural in the semi-final of the Championship Showdown on Thursday, Dec. 7. The Lancers led the game, senior Teddy Saylor being the top scorer with 20 points followed by junior Will Beck with 12 points. The Lancers shot 50% from the field and 25% from three while also getting to the free throw line 14 times, making eight.

The boys varsity team moves onto play Blue Valley North in the championship on Friday, Dec. 8, for a rematch from last years tournament final.
