Gallery: Boys Varsity Basketball Defeats St. James 63-41

Lancer students swarmed to watch senior Dillan Mong bring the boys varsity basketball team to a win, leading the team to victory with 20 points as a top scorer. This was the Lancers’ second win of the season. The first quarter began with the St. James Thunder leading 16-15. The Lancers led the whole second half. “I think that we played really strong defense on [St. James point guard] Brian Hawthosre and we stuck with the game plan,” said senior point guard Hassan Sufi. “Our players hit some big shots down the stretch and St. James was not able to respond.”
