Gallery: Boys Varsity Basketball defeats Olathe West 62-48

Coming off a win, the boys varsity basketball team traveled to Olathe West on Tuesday, Feb. 20. Junior Will Beck was the leading scorer, scoring 30 points for the Lancers. Senior Abdoulaye Kante trailed behind him, scoring 15 points. In the first quarter, East led 20-18 and by halftime the Lancers had increased their lead to 39-22. They were able to stay ahead thought the entirety of the game, resulting in a victory for the Lancers 62-48. Varsity's record is now 13-6.

Their next game is at SM South on Friday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m.
