On Friday and Saturday of May 11-12, the Class 6A KSHSAA Boys Tennis State Championship was held at Kossover Tennis Center in Topeka. Coming from being the Regionals Champion, Coach Andy Gibbs and the team had high hopes. The Lancers ended the championship as runner-up to Blue Valley West, losing the state title by two points overall.
