On Feb 25 the boys lacrosse team hosted a day camp for lacrosse youths and the high school teams. They invited two professional players to come and coach. The defensive coach was Nick Ossello, he played college lacrosse at Notre Dame and played professional lacrosse with the Redwoods. The offensive coach was Asher Nolting, he played college lacrosse at High Point and played professional lacrosse with the Cannons. The youth camp went from 10-11:30 and the high school camp went from 12-2. After the clinic’s the high school coaches, seniors, Nick Ossello, and Asher Nolting all went to Chicken and Pickle. The restaurant chain is one of the teams sponsors.
The high school team has their season opener on Friday, March 3 at 6:30 at Westridge Middle School.
