Gallery: Boys JV Soccer Defeats SM South 4-1

Junior Tiago Ginavan led the SM East boys JV soccer team to defeat rival, the SM South Raiders, by scoring three of the Lancer’s four goals, on Sept. 23. In the first half of the game, sophomore Paxton Weaver scored with 24 minutes left and Ginavan scored his first goal with 23 minutes left. This made the score 2-0 at half-time. At the start of the second half, the Raiders scored, with Ginavan scoring his second goal shortly after. With 6 minutes left Ginavan scored his third and final goal. The final score was 4-1. The team now has an undefeated record of 4-0. 

The JV soccer team will play their next game against Olathe Northwest High School at the College Boulevard Activities Complex on Sept. 25, at 5 p.m.
