The SM East boys JV soccer team defeated SM North 4-0 on Thursday, Oct. 18. Sophomore Chase Kvapil scored the team’s first goal 10 minutes into the first half. Kvapil scored two more shortly after to give the Lancers a 3-0 lead by halftime. The JV Lancer Dancers performed a halftime show since the following game was varsity senior night. Once the second half started, the Lancers kept their lead and sophomore Paxton Weaver scored with 20 minutes remaining on the clock. The final score was 4-0, giving the team a 13-0 record.
The JV boys soccer team’s next game is at Shawnee Mission Soccer Complex on Tuesday, Oct. 21 against SM Northwest at 5 P.M
