Gallery: Boys JV Lacrosse Defeats Pembroke Hill

The Lancers scored their first goal in the first four minutes against Pembroke Hill. The goal was scored by freshman Ryan Feagans, the leading goal scorer for the team. The Lancers scored five goals in the first quarter of the game, and freshman Ian Horner did not have to make any saves. The Lancers scored only one goal in the second quarter, but made another seven goals in the remaining two quarters. Horner only let in one goal in the third quarter. The Boys JV Lacrosse record is now 11-2.

JV Lancer Lacrosse plays on Tuesday, May 7 against Blue Valley Eastside at 6:00 p.m. at Westridge Middle School. Varsity Lancer Lacrosse plays at 8:00 p.m.

Saving the best for last, senior Paige Bean is entering her final year on staff as the Head Print Photo Editor. Paige has been on staff since her freshman year and taking photos since she was born, thanks to her father. When she’s not in the journalism room, Paige is the Student Body President, a member of Kemper Teen Arts Council, President of the Just Like You Films Youth Advisory Board, and more. Paige hopes to study filmmaking next year and continue creating media. »
