Gallery: Boys Freshmen Football Defeats Lawerence Free State 37-7

The Freshman Football team started their season off on Thursday Sep. 5, with a win against Lawrence Free State. The Lancers played at 4:15 pm in 90 degree heat, although the game was cut short due to storms in the area. “Our defense set us up the whole game,” said offensive line coach Gregory Welsh. “Us being able to play guys one way definitely came out huge with how hot it was.” The freshmen football team’s next game is on Sep. 16 against Seaman High School at 4:30 pm.
