Gallery: Boy’s Basketball Tryouts

Boys basketball tryouts were held on Nov. 15-17. Teams were announced after tryouts on Nov. 17 and practice started on Nov. 18. Varsity’s first game is Tuesday, Dec. 7 at 4:30 p.m., which is a tournament hosted at Shawnee Mission East. JV’s first game is Saturday, Dec. 4 at 12:30 p.m. against Shawnee Mission West at home. The sophomore team’s first game is Thursday, Dec. 2 at 5:45 p.m. against Bishop Meige at home. The freshman team’s first game is Saturday, December 4 at 11:00 a.m. against Shawnee Mission West at home. To find more information on the boy’s basketball schedule, check out sunflower league.

She is thrilled to jump right back into deadlines, hanging out in the J-room and just getting to go out and shoot. Along with Harbinger, Julia is also involved in tennis, swim, student store, DECA, Link Crew and SHARE. If she’s not doing one of those things, you can probably find her hanging out with friends, driving around, or in a Powerlife class. She can’t wait to see what the year brings! »
