I play guitar and Nathan Walker is my best friend ever. I aspire to be just like him in every way. »
D-Slim was born when Dalton Boehm talked with his freind Nathan Walker, (now moonwalk) about rap. When he started out, D-Slim never cared about being good, he thought of it as just something to do. As time passed Dalton realized he had a talent for song writing, and was set up with a producer. He developed the name “D-Slim” from the first letter in his name, “D” and the fact that he was very skinny, and cultural influences from his favorite rappers. He started devoting more time into rapping. He has never thought of rapping as a way to make money, but instead as a medium to release emotions, to learn from himself, to live, and to share his experiences and thoughts with the world.
