Q: How have you guys prepared for the season?
A: We had summer and fall league teams. We also had a fall workout everyday after school.
Q: What are you excited about for this year?
A: I’m excited to see how our team molds. We have been preparing with each other for a long time, so to finally compete in real games with fans will be awesome. Last year’s team was unbelievable; the best our school has ever seen. We learned a lot from those seniors and we’re ready to prove ourselves.
Q: What are the team’s goals for this year?
A: To make it back to state.
Q: Do you think you guys have good team chemistry?
A: Yeah, I’d say that’s one of our stronger qualities. Soccer and football went out and shocked the sunflower league. Now it’s our turn.
Q: What do you want to say to the fans, heading into the season?
A: We appreciate all the support. Can’t wait to see packed student sections at our games.
