The Earth Fair will allow both organizations to try to enhance the local community’s understanding of “going green” and ways in which people can help sustain a clean environment. East students will provide both educational and interactive activities.
“There will be lots of live animals and demonstrations,” junior Kyle Baker said. “Environmental Club will be showing people how paper is recycled and each person will be able to make their own piece.”
The Earth Fair will be held on March 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the main gym.
