Girls’ basketball faces off against the Olathe North Eagles tonight. The matchup is a home game for the Lancers.
After starting the season 0-4 the East has won three of their last four games to move to 5-3. The team continues to improve with experience. It is head coach Austin Klumpe’s first year with the Lancers, and East has started a freshman, Kyle Haverty, since the beginning of the season.
Olathe North has won one game going into tonight’s matchup.
Tipoff is at 5:30 p.m. in East’s main gym. The theme for fans attending the game is Hawaiian. A live broadcast of the game will be available through smeharbinger.net.
