Gallery: Lancer Day

The Lancer Day Parade is a day contributed to get students excited for the new school year and for the first home football game. The annual Lancer Day Parade took place on Friday Sept. 15. The whole school walks from Shawnee Mission East to the Prairie Village Clock Tower. All of the clubs, sports, and grades walk together in floats while they throw out candy to the hundreds of people watching the parade down Mission Rd. Some of the themes consisted of superheroes, Jersey Shore, Pageant Mom’s, Emperor’s New Groove, Shark Week, The Flintstone’s, and That 70’s Show.
