Boys’ Basketball Falls Short in State Tournament
The boys’ basketball team fell short of their dreams of a state title in what was a historic season, placing fourth in 6A and ending the season with an impressive 21-4 record.

The 21-2 Lancers take on the 14-9 Blue Valley West Jaguars in the state semifinals with a trip to the championship game on the line. The game is tonight at 8:15 at Koch Arena in Wichita.

Lancers Face Wichita East in First State Game
After a long regular season the 20-2 Lancer Boy’s basketball team has made it to the first round of the state playoffs in Koch Arena at Wichita State University. There they will face the 15-7 Wichita East Blue Aces. The winner of this quarterfinal matchup will meet the winner between second seeded Wichita North and seventh seed Lawrence Free State.

Lancers Take on Blue Valley High in Sub-State Final
With a trip to the State tournament on the line the 19-2 Lancers take on the 8-13 Tigers of Blue Valley High in the East Gym. Head Coach Shawn Hair and the Lancers have not been to the state tournament since they placed 3rd in 2009.
