East Families Still Feeling Effects of the Recession

According to a report from the U.S. Labor Department, unemployment has fallen from 9.1 to 8.3 percent since last August. Despite this recent improvement, families at East are still feeling the effects even though some believe the economy to finally be stabilizing.
